First time I came here was this year, solely based on reviews. I called to check how long it would take for an inspection and the cost, Rob picked up, he was very precise and told me he could do the job in less than 30 min. So I went and got my car inspection done less than 30 min.. just like he said. Also helped install my wipers. I couldn't believe how fast and easy the entire process went. I got there and I felt like I was VIP, they did the job so fast and I was in and out. Rob is extremely professional and friendly. He makes customers feel welcomed. Everyone there is always smiling and polite. They do tell you to wait in the waiting room lol. I went back to get my oil change and another fast and painless trip. I really do love going there. The best auto shop I have ever been too in the neighborhood. The mechanic was very thorough and Rob is extremely detail oriented they spotted out 2 nails in my tires and fixed it at once. It was another really great experience and just want to say Great job to the Bayside auto care Corp. Team. Thanks!
